Coffee from paradise
COFFEE FROM PARADISE
Grown in beautiful,
paradise-like regions
This special coffee is made with beans grown in beautiful regions that feel almost like paradise.
It offers an exceptionally rich and vibrant aroma that is hard to believe comes from cold-brewed coffee.
WHAT IS COLD BREW?
Coffee slowly extracted
with cold water
Cold brew coffee is made by extracting coffee with cold water rather than hot water.
Compared with hot-brewed coffee, it has a cleaner, softer taste. However, cold brewing can sometimes produce coffee with less aroma and flavor.
RICH FRUITY AROMA
A rich, fruity aroma
even when brewed cold
Tabi Suru Coffee Cold Brew is made from carefully selected coffee cherries processed using special methods that bring out their natural fruity aromas to the fullest.
Even when slowly extracted with cold water, it delivers a bright fragrance and a rich, complex flavor.
HOW TO MAKE
Place the pack in water
and refrigerate for 12 hours
Place one 40g coffee pack and 500ml of water in a glass carafe or similar container. Leave it in the refrigerator for approximately 12 hours.
HOW TO ENJOY
Enjoy it iced or hot
Pour it directly into a glass filled with ice for a refreshing iced coffee with a vibrant aroma.
You can also gently warm it in a microwave to enjoy a smooth hot coffee that retains the soft character of cold extraction.
MILK BREW
Brew it with milk
for a luxurious coffee milk
Use milk instead of water to create a rich, aromatic coffee milk with a smooth and full-bodied taste.
When brewing with milk, we recommend leaving the coffee pack in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 hours.
THREE DISTINCT ORIGINS
Three distinctive coffee regions
YUNNAN, CHINA
Yunnan, China
Yunnan is famous as one of the original regions of tea production, but it is also a lesser-known source of excellent coffee.
The coffee is produced using a highly distinctive and fruity process inspired by fermentation techniques traditionally used for oolong tea.
VILCABAMBA, ECUADOR
Vilcabamba, Ecuador
Vilcabamba is a secluded village in the Andes, regarded as a sacred place of the Inca Empire and associated with the empire’s final capital.
It is also known as a region of remarkable longevity. This special coffee is produced using water that naturally springs from the village.
HUILA, COLOMBIA
Huila, Colombia
Huila is one of Colombia’s leading coffee-producing regions. The coffee is cultivated at an elevation of approximately 1,900 meters.
It is processed using an anaerobic fermentation method inspired by winemaking, producing an exceptionally fruity and aromatic coffee.
CRAFTED FOR COLD BREW
An aroma beyond ordinary cold brew
Each coffee is roasted to suit the character of its origin, creating a blend with a depth of aroma rarely experienced in conventional cold brew coffee.
FUJI SPRING WATER
Green coffee beans polished
with Mt. Fuji spring water
Tabi Suru Coffee is made by washing and polishing green coffee beans with spring water from Mt. Fuji, followed by roasting with heated steam.
UNIQUE ROASTING METHOD
Vivid aromas and
a smooth, mellow finish
Washing and polishing the green beans brings out their aromas and flavors more clearly. Roasting them with heated steam creates a smoother and more mellow finish.
A refined original blend created with the blessing of Mt. Fuji’s spring water.
